SALES MANAGER (m/f)
What will you do?
Based in Brno and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, your mission will be to sell Moventum’s services to the Czech financial advisors, whether they are already working with us or are yet to be introduced to what we can do for them. You will be expected to:
gain a thorough understanding of Moventum’s business model and the services we offer;
be able to work on your own initiative to identify potential clients and follow up on leads, liaising with other areas of the business as may be necessary to get them on board, e.g., Legal & Compliance, back-office operations, IT;
keep Management updated on your activities, including sales forecasts and progress reports;
maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, through regular communication, monitoring their activity and proactively addressing areas of potential concern, forwarding their requirements and issues to the teams and departments best equipped to help;
keep abreast of competitor activity / legislation / market practice in order to help keep Moventum one step ahead.
Who are you?
Highly motivated to sell a whole range of innovative products and services catering to the needs of the international financial sector, you are:
of Czech mother tongue and fluent in English (spoken, written and read); German language skills will be a distinct advantage;
experienced, having worked two or three years in a sales position in the financial sector;
thoroughly familiar with investment funds and related areas;
well organized, self-sufficient and self-motivated;
stress resistant, able to work at a fast pace and under pressure (time and workload);
disciplined, creative, practical and reliable.
